Three Ways to Schedule a Lesson

NGA Lesson Scheduling Procedures

On -Line:

1. Click on the link at the bottom of this page, or use the "Book A Lesson" button on the top of our home page. Choose the type(i.e. adult or youth) and length of lesson you want, and choose an instructor, if you know who you want to work with, or learn more by exploring their personal bios from the Professional Golf Instructors web page under the Northbrook Golf Academy navigation tab. Choose your appointment by date on the calendar and next select the time that works for you and choose add appointment.

a. New Customers need to register the first time and returning customers can enter their username and password.
    When registering remember to place a check mark in the box that says “Supports SMS Text Messaging” if you
    would like to receive appointment confirmations and cancellations on your cell phone. Then click the book
    appointment box to complete the scheduling of your lesson. If you need to reschedule or cancel on-line, select the
    actions tab and view my appointments on the drop down box.
b. Online lesson appointments cannot be scheduled within 24 hours of requested time; please call us
    directly to schedule an appointment.

By Phone:

1. Call 847·291·2351, ext. 2 (Sportsman’s C.C. Practice Range reservation desk) and ask to schedule a golf lesson with one of our PGA Professionals. If you are a new customer, the attendant will take you through a series of questions to ensure you are placed in the proper program or assigned to the right instructor that best matches your needs. If you are a current or returning customer, identify your golf professional by name and the attendant will help you find the best time.

2. Call 847·291·2351, ext. 3 (Sportsman’s C.C. Golf Shop reservation desk) and ask to schedule a golf lesson with one of our PGA Professionals. If you are a new customer, the attendant will take you through a series of questions to ensure you are placed in the proper program or assigned to the right instructor that best matches your needs. If you are a current or returning customer, identify your golf professional by name and the attendant will help you find the best time.

3. Call 847·291·2971 (Anetsberger G.C. reservation desk) and ask to schedule a golf lesson with one of our PGA Professionals. If you are a new customer, the attendant will take you through a series of questions to ensure you are placed in the proper program or assigned to the right instructor that best matches your needs. If you are a current or returning customer, identify your golf professional by name and the attendant will help you find the best time.

In Person:

1. Register for a golf lesson in person at one of our three locations.

a. Sportsman’s Country Club Clubhouse located at 3535 Dundee Rd. The clubhouse is located pass the range building at the top of the property. Park alongside the clubhouse and walk up to the golf shop desk, enquire about making a reservation and one of our attendants will assist you.
b. Sportsman’s Practice Range located at 3535 Dundee Rd. The practice range building is the first building on the property and is located near the mini golf course. Park in anyone of the spots to the right when you first pull in or additional parking is located behind the range building. Walk up to the practice range building; enquire about making a reservation and one of our attendants will assist you.
c. Anetsberger Golf Course located at 1750 Techny Ct. The clubhouse is located well inside the Techny Prairie Park and Fields property. Drive down the long driveway to the end and you will find a turnabout right in front of the club house. Park alongside the curb and walk up to the golf shop desk located on the left, enquire about making a reservation and one of our attendants will assist you.

Scheduling Standards and Cancellation Policies for Private Lessons, Club Fitting and TrackMan™ Services

Services may be scheduled up to one month in-advance. On-line appointments cannot be scheduled within 24 hours of the requested time; please call us directly to schedule an appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, 24 hours notice is required. We reserve the right to charge you in full for pre-booked services at your next appointment or deduct one lesson from your series, if you fail to cancel, show up or reschedule more than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

We ask that all students check in at one of our three reservations desks prior to the lesson to notify the attendant that you have arrived.

Interested in a series, take care of appropriate payment after your lesson once you and your golf professional have discussed which series is best for you. Payment is accepted by cash, check or charge (all major credit cards are accepted).
